ANGER MANAGEMENT
Program Details
Anger management is a therapeutic approach aimed at helping individuals understand and control their anger responses. Anger, while a natural emotion, can become problematic when it leads to destructive behaviors, strained relationships, and adverse health effects. Through anger management therapy programs, individuals learn to recognize their anger triggers, develop healthy coping strategies, and learn techniques to improve communication skills that help individuals manage their anger more effectively.

The anger management counseling program activities will offer:

Self-awareness about anger
Recognize the chain reactions of anger
Discover the cause of anger
Calm body and mind
Problem-solving skills
Challenging unhelpful thoughts
Improve communication, express feelings constructively, and enhance emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships.
Learn techniques of relaxation exercises, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness practices

The goal of this program is to enable individuals to express their feelings constructively, reduce the frequency and intensity of angry outbursts, and enhance their overall emotional well-being.
