Program Details
Relationship repair is a collaborative process designed to help partners improve their relationships and resolve conflicts. It provides a safe and supportive environment where couples can openly communicate their feelings, understand each other's perspectives, and develop healthier ways of interacting. Whether addressing specific issues like communication breakdowns, infidelity, or simply seeking to enhance their relationship, couple therapy empowers partners to work towards a more harmonious and fulfilling partnership.
The program will focus on:

Work with negative emotions; anger, resentment, frustration, fear, loneliness & sadness
Enhance communication in the relationship
Renew your connection with your partner
Set reasonable boundaries
Green flags in a relationship
Listening and responding with empathy
Through guided discussions and practical exercises, couples learn to strengthen their emotional connection, build trust, and navigate challenges together.
