Program Details
Healthy self-esteem is the foundation of a positive and fulfilling life. It involves having a balanced and accurate view of oneself and recognizing both strengths and areas for growth. Individuals with healthy self-esteem value themselves, trust their abilities and feel confident in their decisions and actions. This positive self-regard fosters resilience, enabling them to navigate challenges with a constructive mindset. Healthy self-esteem also promotes better relationships, as individuals who respect themselves are more likely to establish boundaries and engage in respectful interactions.
The program activities will offer:
Self-reflection, self-compassion, and challenging negative self-perceptions
Discovering healthy self-esteem Vs. unhealthy self-esteem
Mindful of own self-esteem
Recognize negative thoughts and own strengths that lead to an empowered and satisfying life
Cultivate mindfulness and joy
Appreciate self and body
Develop mindfulness and spirituality
