I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of past experiences. My approach recognizes that no two journeys are the same, and I’m committed to meeting you wherever you are.


I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, and trauma-informed care. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, coping with grief, or working through self-esteem issues, I tailor each session to support your unique needs and goals.


Alongside individual therapy, I have experience supporting clients in high-stress environments, offering corporate wellness workshops, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation. I also bring a culturally sensitive perspective and am fluent in English and Hindi.
