Screen Time Logging Challenge

  • Challenge your youth to complete the one-week log Screen Time Challenge with you. Fill out a log with your teens daily to increase communication, closeness, understanding and accountability.

  • At the end of the week, compare the amount of screen time tabulated against recommendations on the bottom of the log sheet.

  • This exercise can help build new family time while guiding individual screen habits.
