I bring over a decade of experience as an educator, having supported students and families from diverse backgrounds. This foundation enhances my work as a client-centered psychotherapist, fostering empathy, cultural understanding, and appreciation for unique strengths. I hold a B.A. in Disability Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a registered member in good standing with CRPO (#12899) and a professional member of CCPA.

I am a trauma-informed therapist, trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to hold space for clients with curiosity and compassion as a way to nurture growth and healing. Lasting transformation takes commitment and understanding the nature of distress, starting with looking within. The focus is on using mind & body techniques to enhance awareness of physical sensations, thoughts, and feelings and calm the nervous system. Don’t fear a wrong turn in therapy, as the purpose of self-discovery is to uncover stuck points, heal old wounds, and reignite joy.

I provide support in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi and welcome clients for individual and couples therapy.
