I am a passionate Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, and Wellness Advocate with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and organizations in cultivating mental clarity, physical vitality, and inner harmony. Trained in Bali as a certified yoga teacher (YTT 300) and Precision Nutrition-certified health coach, I bring a grounded, trauma-aware, and deeply embodied approach to well-being.


My work blends ancient practices with modern techniques to create transformative experiences. I specialize in helping clients regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their breath and body, and develop sustainable lifestyle shifts that honour their individuality and support long-term wellness.


Sessions may include breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and holistic nutrition guidance, always delivered with compassion and presence. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or seeking deeper alignment, I offer a safe space to slow down, tune in, and heal.
